Roysphalt
is a ready to use, cold mix asphalt made by mixing sand and
gravel with a bituminous binder. Thanks to its special original
formula, Roysphalt is both very easy to use and highly resistant
to wear and tear from traffic.
Who is it for?
Roysphalt is ideal for
both road maintenance professionals and private customers, for
whom the 25kg tubs are especially suitable.
What are its applications?
Roysphalt is
used for surfacing carriageways in the construction, maintenance
and repair of public roads and the paths and driveways to private
houses.
How do you use it?
Roysphalt is
applied to a surface that has first been swept and compacted.
If the ground has been excavated, it should be consolidated
with type 0/20 or 0/31.5 aggregate.
Roysphalt is then spread out using a rake or float, following
which it must be manually or mechanically compacted. (85kg per
m² are required to achieve a thickness of 3 to 4 cm after compaction).
Packaging
Roysphalt
is sold in bulk or 25kg bags and tubs. Roysphalt
